Comfort Inn Birch Run

It looks like they recently remodeled, or they are actively going through some updates. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was hot, and the location was easy to get in and out of. I liked that they put our rooms adjoining, and I like the little arcade that they had.

The hotel was very nice. The room was a bit cramped with a hide abed in it. There was some sort of noise in what sounded like the water plumbing. It was a very loud whistle sound of some sort. I did talk to the person at the desk and a maintenance person. It would start low in sound and get loud before stopping. It did interfere with sleep at times. We were in room 173. If I had to stay in that room, I would not go back again. Everything else was great. The staff was very accommodating. We were there two days.

The location is great. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was good!

Breakfast was very nice; there were simple choices for my wife, and more hearty choices for me. The room was mostly clean. The spa bath was incredible. There was a Veggietales marathon on TV in the morning. 👍

The breakfast was a nice touch and the food was good. The room was nicely laid out. The mattresses were too firm and could have been more comfortable however.
